I made my first trip to the state of California on a business trip this past winter. Thanks to my great boss I was able to get away one afternoon to catch the sunset at Huntington Beach. A view I will never forget. As I was photographing the pier right after sunset this surfer came and sat down right in front of me. I didn’t say a thing to him, but he sat perfectly still as I captured this long exposure image. Its fun to look at this image and wonder what he was thinking as he stared out at the setting sun.
Feel free to leave me comments of what you think he might have been thinking about.
